Indiabulls Financial Board declares dividend at 5 pc

Mumbai, Oct 16 (UNI) The Board of Indiabulls Financial Services today declared divided at 5 per cent payable pro rata for the period from August 2 to September 30, 2006.

Announcing this to BSE, the Company said the board took a decision on the dividend at its board meeting held today.

Accordingly, the dividend will paid on 99,66,667 cumulative, redeemable, non-convertible preference shares of face value of Rs 300 each, and 11,500,000 cumulative, redeemable, convertible preference shares of face vale of Rs 300 each, aggregating Rs 5.29 crore.
