Indiabulls declares 5 per cent dividend

New Delhi, Oct 16: India's leading financial services and real estate company Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd today declared its dividend at five per cent.

The Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held today, has declared dividend at 5 per cent on on 9,966,667 cumulative, redeemable, non-convertible preference shares of the face value of Rs 300 each, and 11,500,000 cumulative, redeemable, convertible preference shares of face vale of Rs 300 each, aggregating Rs 529.31 lakh payable pro rata for the period from August 02, 2006 to September 30, 2006, a company statement said today.

Last month, the company has approved the preferential sale of 7.25 million shares at Rs 417 apiece.
