Court summons Sanjay Dutt

Mumbai, Oct 16 (UNI) A TADA court today summoned Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt and 25 other accused in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case on October 18.

The court has been delivering verdicts in the 13-year-old case since September 12.

All the 26 accused, listed from number 100 to 125 in the chargesheet and out on bail, have been asked to mark their attendance on October 18 before the designated court went on Diwali vacation.

The order was passed by presiding judge Pramod Kode.

However, the fate of Sanjay Dutt and others will not be decided on October 18 as the summons are only meant to ensure their presence in court at least once a month, court sources said.

The actor is listed as accused number 117.
