Two youth crushed to death in lko, mob resorts to blockade

Lucknow, Oct 15 (UNI) Two youth were crushed to death by a vehicle in the state capital today.

Mohd Javed (16) and Mohd Danish (17) were killed after they were hit by a speeding vehicle near Globe park.

Both's succumbed to injuries while on way to hospital, police said.

Irked over the incident, a mob blocked the to touche road leading to a massive traffic snarl. The district magistrate reached the spot and pacified them by assuring to provide ex-gratia to the family members of the deceased.

Meanwhile, the vehicle driver has been arrested.
