Unitech allots Rs 100 cr debentures to LIC MF

Mumbai, Oct 14 (UNI) Construction and real estate major Unitech has allotted 100 secured redeemable non-convertible debentures of Rs one crore each to LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management Company Ltd on a private placement basis.

The board of directors, in a meeting held yesterday, approved the allotment and appointed Unit Trust of India Investment Advisory Services Ltd as Debenture Trustee for creation of security in their favour, Unitech informed the BSE.
