Chandigarh, October 14 (UNI) The Indian Government may be undecided on the number of visas to be issued to the Pakistani fans for the ICC Champions Trophy matches to be played here but the PCA has reserved 4000 tickets for the visitors from across the border.

The Punjab Cricket Association president Inderjit Singh Bindra said, ''we have marked 4000 tickets Pakistan cricket lovers. The central government has issued instructions to the staging states to earmark seats for the visitors from Pakistan.'' ''As the Champions Trophy is an ICC affair there will be no welcome ceremonies for the Pakistan cricket supporters coming through the Wagha Border at Attari in Amritsar District. The PCA will not be making any arrangements for providing accommodation to the visitors from Pakistan. It is an ICC show,'' said the former BCCI president.

Meanwhile, ICC CEO Malcolm Speed will reach Mohali on October 25.

BCCI North Zone Media Committee official G S Walia disclosed that Salim Altaf Director Operations of the Pakistan Cricket Board, along with their 'Begums' will arrive a day earlier.

Pakistan will play New Zealand on October 25. On the Harbhajan Singh's recent hair controversy, Bindra said, ''since it is a personal matter I have no views. It has nothing to do with cricketing affairs.'' It may be mentioned that Harbhajan had to apologise to SGPC after the Punjab cricketer let his hair down on his shoulders in an advertisement.

Meanwhile, Bindra said the sale of tickets will begin 10 days before each match.
