Implement govt policies and programmes in toto: Dabi

Itanagar, Oct 14 (UNI) Arunachal Pradesh Water Resources Minister Tako Dabi has urged the government officials to implement the government policies and programmes to ensure that the state assets were used in a sustainable manner.

Interacting with government officials at a meeting in Along under West Siang district recently, Mr Dabi said that ''it was high time to bring about a change in the living pattern of the people,'' informed official sources here today.

''An atmosphere should be created where people are at the helm of affairs in the developmental activities'', he advocated.

Reiterating that all the activities should ensure growth of the basic human dignity, the minister stressed on developing work culture through a positive mindset and discipline to sub-ordinates.

Referring to the power of the local self-governance, Mr Dabi further urged the officers to attend to the problems put forward by the women leaders and incorporate them in the development process, sources added.
