Crompton Greaves Q2 net rises to Rs 40.66 crore

Mumbai, Oct 14: Crompton Greaves has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 40.66 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 as compared to Rs 32.49 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2005.

Announcing the results, the company said its total income (net of excise) has increased from Rs 561.13 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2005 to Rs 833.40 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.
