Castrol India Q3 net profit at Rs 33.96 crore

Mumbai, Oct 14: Castrol India has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 33.96 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 as compared to Rs 33.60 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2005.

Announcing the results, the company said its total income (net of excise) has increased from Rs 337.75 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2005 to Rs 424.55 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.
