Aptech to takeover Synergetics Information Tech

Mumbai, Oct 14: IT company Aptech has decided to acquire 70 per cent stake in Synergetics Information Technology Services (India) Pvt. Ltd for Rs 3.5 crore.

Approving the proposal, the company board said the share purchase agreement and shareholders' agreement will be executed shortly with Synergetics.

Aptech said it will invest an additional Rs 5 crore in Synergetics within the next two years for strengthening its business prospects. With this additional infusion of capital, Aptech's equity shareholding in Synergetics would increase to 85 per cent, thus making it a subsidiary of Aptech Ltd, the company informed the BSE.
