2-day SP national executive to start tomorrow

Hardwar, Oct 13: The two-day national executive body meeting of the Samajwadi Party will begin here tomorrow.

The meeting, presided over by party president Mulayam Singh Yadav, will also be attended by all the members of the national executive and the party MPs.

State unit president of the party Ambrish Kumar told UNI today that the main agenda of the meeting would be to chalk out a strategy for the forthcoming assembly elections in four states, including Uttaranchal.

''The party will also pass political and economic resolutions, including those on the plight of farmers, internal security, spiralling prices and the rising graph of unemployment,'' said Mr Kumar.

Mulayam Singh Yadav is also scheduled to address a rally in the city on October 15.

The national executive of the Samajwadi Party at Hardwar is the fourth big political show in the state during recent weeks.
