SR to run spl train to Nagercoil on Oct 19

Chennai, Oct 13 (UNI) Southern Railway will run a pair of special trains on Chennai Egmore-Nagercoil-Chennai Egmore to clear the extra rush of passengers in connection with Deepavali and Ramzan festivals.

A Southern Railway release here today said the special train will leave Chennai Egmore at 0830 hrs on October 19 and reach Nagercoil at 2200 hrs, the same day. On its return journey, the train will leave Nagercoil at 1330 hrs on October 20 and arrive here at 0430 hrs, the next day.

The Up and Dn trains will stop at Tambaram, Chengalpattu, Tindivanam, Villupuram, Vriddhachalam, Ariyalur, Tiruchirappalli, Dindigul, Madurai, Virudunagar, Sattur,Kovilpatti, Vanchi Maniyachchi and Tirunelveli.

Advance reservations for these trains will commence tomorrow, the release added.
