RBI fixes Rupee ref rate at 45.49 against USD

Mumbai, Oct 13 (UNI) Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today fixed the reference rate for the Indian unit eleven paise higher at Rs 45.49 per US dollar compared to previous day's rate of Rs 45.60, an RBI spokesperson said here.
