Punjab assembly's last session prorogued

Chandigarh, Oct 13 (UNI) The Twelfth Session of the Twelfth Punjab Vidhan Sabha, which was adjourned sine-die at the conclusion of its sitting on the September,19 has been prorogued by the Punjab Governor.

This was the last session of the present Congress regime in the state, with the assembly elections due in February next year.
