Janardhana Reddy welcomes HC order

Bellary, Karnataka, Oct 13 (UNI) BJP MLC Janardhana Reddy today welcomed the Karnataka High Court order, referring the case pertaining to the bribery allegation levelled by him against Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy to a Division Bench.

Speaking to reporters here, he said today's ruling had given him new strength to fight the case. ''This is one more victory and nothing less than victory of six crore Kannadigas of the State.'' Mr Reddy said he was consulting legal experts as to whether he should hand over case related documents to the U L Bhat Commission of inquiry constituted by the State Government to go into the issue.

He said the main intention of his writ petition was to seek a CBI probe into the matter as several influential people and money transactions were involved in the case.
