Four seater plane crashlands in Juhu

Mumbai, Oct 13: A four seater beechcraft plane belonging to Container Movement Transport Pvt Ltd crashlanded at the Juhu airport, north west Mumbai after experiencing a technical snag.

Police said the four seater plane was on way to Vadodara from Mumbai when it developed a technical snag. It had taken off from the Kalina Hanger in Santacruz. It made an emergency landing at the Juhu airport at 1125 hrs.

Mr K B Kotak of Container Movement Transport Pvt Ltd had hired the chartered plane from Uttar Pradesh government.

During the landing, the front wheels of the aircraft broke and came out. The pilot and co-pilot escaped unhurt. However the plane was badly damaged.
