Electoral rolls to be prepared for Graduates constituency

Visakhapatnam, Oct 13 (UNI) The Election Commission today announced that electoral rolls would be prepared for Graduates and Teachers constituencies in Andhra Pradesh.

According to electoral registration officer S Satyanarayana November 6 would be the last date for receipt of applications. One has to be a graduate three years before the qualifying date of November one, to be registered in the constituency.

Meanwhile, the Congress and BJP are gearing up for council polls and have selected their candidates.

The Congress, which has fulfilled its poll promise of reviving the Legislative Council in the state, is gearing up for the elections from the Graduates and Teachers constituency from the North Coastal districts.
