Dolphin to JV with Germeny's IMPaC Offshore

New Delhi, Oct 13: Dolphin Offshore Enterprises India Ltd today announced it will set up a joint venture company with Germany-based IMPaC Offshore engineering, to provide design and engineering services for oil and gas, ship building, ship repair and petrochemical industries.

The JV will operate in India and also in the countries in West and South East Asia. It will also provide Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services for engineering work procured by IMPaC in other parts of the world.

IMPaC is a leading international design and engineering company providing specialised services to the oil and gas industry (offshore and onshore).

Last week, Dolphin Offshore said that the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd has awarded a 32.196 million dollar contract to the company and its Naftogaz Consortium.
