Bechu Rehman's bail application hearing on Oct 17

Kochi, Oct 13 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today posted for October 17, the hearing on the bail application filed by Bechu Rehman, the fourth accused in the Sabarimala tantri assault case.

Bechu Rehman, in his application said that he had been falsely implicated in the case.

As all the articles alleged to have been taken from the tantri by the gang had already been recovered, there was no need to put him under custody, he further said.

After the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court II dismissed his bail application earlier, Bechu Rahman was lodged in judicial custody.
