Two notorious criminals shot dead

Lucknow, Oct 12 (UNI) Two history-sheeters wanted in connection with the killing of a trader were gunned down by police in Mathura district early today.

Police said Rakesh Agarwal-- owner of a Jewellery shop was shot dead by four miscreants under Kotwali police station area yesterday.

The miscreants had decamped with several Lakh of rupees jewellery and cash.

Acting on a tip-off, cops reached the spot and shot dead the two accused and recovered few arms, robbed jewellery and cash from the spot.

Cops also nabbed the other two accused involved in the killing.
