Polish conservatives move to delay parliament vote
WARSAW, Oct 12 (Reuters) Poland's ruling conservatives filed a motion TOday to suspend this week's parliament sitting till October 17, the party's press office said.
Deputies were expected to vote on a motion to shorten the parliament's term during this week's sitting but the opposition needed the support of the ruling Law and Justice to muster the required two-thirds majority.
Law and Justice, whose popularity fell sharply this month amid rising political tensions, is seeking to revive its coalition with leftist Self-Defence after kicking it out of the government last month.
