Two shot dead in UP

Kanpur, Oct 11 (UNI) Two people were shot dead by unidentified assailants here late last night, police today said.

Senior Superintendent of Police P C Meena said Akhilesh Ojha-- manager of Geetanjali Guest House and guard Anil Gupta were shot dead by unidentified miscreants under Feelkhana police station area.

The reason behind the crime remained a puzzle.

Three suspects, however, have been taken into custody and interrogation is on.
