Notorious criminal arrested in Bihar

Bhagalpur, Oct 11 (UNI) A notorious criminal was arrested from Mohanpur village under Gauradih police station area in the district last night, police today said.

Acting on a tip off, a sleuth of local police arrested Beni Yadav, who was wanted in connection with more than six cases including loot, murder and extortions.

The criminal had escaped from the lock-up when he was being produced in the court on June 6.
