NISC questions Nagaland govt's silence

Kohima, Oct 11 (UNI) The Naga International Support Centre (NISC) has condemned the state government's move in arresting the culprits involved in the murder of a Naga student here recently.

NISC, an international NGO at Amsterdam, has urged the state government to take immediate steps to punish the culprits.

It had also questioned the silence of the state government in the matter and urged the Centre to restore democracy, sources said.

NISC further recommended the state authorities along with the Centre to assign an investigative team to nab the assassins.
