Malegaon blast probe in proper direction

Mumbai, Oct 11 (UNI) Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister R R Patil today said that the investigation in Malegaon blast is going on the proper direction.

Refusing to divulge any details, Mr Patil said,''the police has got some vital clues but I will not able to give any details about the same''.

As many as 37 people were killed in twin blasts at Malegaon. The blast took place a few days after the 7/11 blast in the suburban trains in the state capital.

Commenting about the outcome of the sibling rivalary in Thackerays, Mr Patil said both the factions should deal with the issue in controlled manner, addeding that the police were capable of taking proper action to avoid unttoward incident.

A few policemen were also injured in the clashes of the workers of Shiv Sena and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena.
