Lok Sabha speaker congratulates Kiran Desai

New Delhi, Oct 11 (UNI) Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chatterjee has congratulated Ms Kiran Desai on winning the prestigious Booker prize for her novel " The Inheritance of Loss".

According to a Lok Sabha release issued here today, the Speaker wished her many more laurels in her creative efforts to portray the realities of the contemporary world through her works.
