Intel launches programme for resellers

Bangalore, Oct 11 (UNI) Intel India today unveiled a new programme for resellers to give them tools to succeed and participate in the growth of Intel Software Development Product sales.

The programme was being launched all over Asia, with India being the lead country, a company release here said.

With people increasingly looking at multicore processors for increased performance and lowered power levels, multi-threaded applications were key resources in achieving the same. Hence, developers were threading software to enable the operating system to divide work among multiple processor cores.

The goal of Intel Software Channel Partner Programme was to recognise, reward and grow committed resellers by providing them training and other benefits to enable them to grow their business.

Under this programme, resellers would work closely with the local business development tools to attract new business and enhance current customer relationships, the release said.
