BSE discloses timings for special diwali session

Mumbai, Oct 11: The Bombay Stock Exchange has released the special timings for Diwali trading, referred to as the 'Muhurat Trading Session for the Samavat Year 2063 for Cash Segment' which falls on Saturday, October 21, 2006, a press release issued today said.

The timings for this trading session would be as under: Login from 05 : 15 p.m. to 06 : 15 p.m.

Continuous Trading from 06 : 15 p.m. to 07 : 30 p.m.

Closing between 07 : 30 p.m. to 07 : 40 p.m.

Post Closing activties between 07 : 40 p.m.to 08: 00 p.m. and Member Query and 6A / 7 A entries between 08 : 00 p.m.to 09 : 00 p.m.

The transactions done during the Muhurat Trading session would be settled as a separate settlement on October 26, 2006. The settlement calendar for the month of October, 2006 has already been issued separately.
