Action likely against 20-25 Karnataka bureaucrats: CM

Navalli, Karnataka, Oct 11 (UNI) Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy today indicated action against 20 to 25 bureaucrats in the State for negligence of duty and warned officials functioning against Government Orders.

Talking to newspersons here before commencing 'Janata Darshan', he asked the officials to work in such a way that the programmes of the Government reached the common man.

The Chief Minister said the Government would release Rs 2.20 crore to help the farmers of Navalli and Tuppad Kurahatti by taking up irrigation projects in the area that could help irrigate 500 hectares of land.
