S Korea calls North's test a "dangerous play"
SEOUL, Oct 9 (Reuters) South Korea said that the North's announcement earlier today that it had conducted a nuclear test was a dangerous tactic that could prompt other countries to develop nuclear weapons.
''In the long run, this was a dangerous play that could spark a nuclear arms buildup in other countries,'' President Roh Moo-hyun told reporters after talks with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
