PPIL appoints additional director

New Delhi, Oct 9 (UNI) Pan Packaging Industries Ltd (PPIL) has appointed Lt Gen (retd) Prem Nath Hoon as its new additional director.

Moreover, Mr Sunil Kanti Kar has resigned from Board of Directors of the company, an official statement said today.

The company had, last month, approved the alteration in object clause of its MoU to include the business of developing real estates and infrastructure facilities in its main object.
