Farmer commits suicide owing to debts

Guntur, Andhra Pradesh Oct 9 (UNI) A debt-ridden farmer committed suicide in Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh last night.

The sources said, B V Narsaiah(45) had borrowed Rs two lakh for n expenses of commercial crops cultivation in his land, but could not repay the debts, as the market prices were not remunerative. Hence, he took the extreme step.

Narsaiah is survived by wife and three children, the sources added.
