Fake bus pass racket unearthed

Gulbarga, Oct 9 (UNI) Police have unearthed a racket involving issuance of fake bus passes of the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation in Bidar and Bellary, with the arrest of a photo studio owner.

Police said in a release here today that photo studios in Bellary and Bidar were raided and computers, scanner and other gadgets used to make the fake bus passes were seized.

Police suspect that the fake bus passes were circulated in Bellary, Bidar, Humnabad, Gulbarga and Raichur.
