Explosives seized from Machharhatta market

Patna, Oct 09 (UNI) Police today seized 8 kgs of explosives from a shop at Machharhatta market under Khajekallan police station area here today.

Police said that acting on a tip-off, raid was conducted at the shop resulting in recovery of the explosives. Shop owner Aftab Uddin has been arrested in this connection.

Interrogation was on to ascertain the criminal links of the businessman, police added.
