Bomb diffused in Manipur

Imphal, Oct 9 (UNI) A live bomb detected at Toubal market in Thoubal district sent the local people into a tizzy.

Immediately after the bomb was detected, people called in the police. The bomb squad arrived and diffused the bomb.

Police said a major calamity was averted as the bomb was detected before it got detonated.

Inquiry was on to nab the culprit.
