New Delhi, Oct 7: Terrorism, in the context of July 11 Mumbai bomb blasts, will be high on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's agenda during his upcoming visit to Finland and England.
Foreign Secretary Shiv Shanker Menon, while briefing reporters on the October 9-14 visit, said india had been discussing counter-terrorism with EU member countries.
''We will certainly take up the issue. This will be part of the dialogue. What we think and what we hope, we will discuss that,'' he said in reply to a question.
Asserting that the government's position on the issue of terrorism was very clear, the Foreign Secretary said ''India has not changed its position.'' The dialogue on how to combat terrorism was an ongoing process determined by what is seen on the ground.
