Motif appoints John Coker as CEO

Ahmedabad, Oct 07: John Coker, joins Motif, Inc. as CEO. Motif, provided outsourcing services to Fortune 500 companies. As CEO, Coker will manage Motif's overall business, key customer relationships and the company's US operations.

John Coker has more than 30 years of financial services and benefits administration experience and has held senior management positions at global corporations including Mellon Bank, Fidelity Investments, Prudential Investments&Affiliated Computer Services (ACS).

Most recently, John served as Managing Director and President of Dallas based ACS HR Solutions, Inc. At ACS, he was responsible for the HR benefits outsourcing business (e.g., Defined Contribution plans, Defined Benefit plans, and Health&Welfare plans with over 4 million participants).

John Coker was also the Chief Operating Officer of Mellon's Human Resources and Investor Solutions (HR&IS) and a member of the Mellon Financial Corporation Senior Management Team.
