Himachal Rattan for Virbhadra

Shimla, Oct 7 (UNI) Himachal Social Bodies Federation today conferred the ''Himachal Rattan Award'' on Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh for his contribution in providing clean, honest and a transparent government to the people of the state.

The award was conferred on Mr Singh for his outstanding contribution in providing an efficient state government over the years, a spokesman said in a release here.

Mr Singh was honoured at the federation's annual function held at New Delhi earlier today.
