Double delight for Sneha Reddy

Mumbai, 6 Oct (UNI) Maharashtra under-10 number one Sneha Reddy today bagged a double crown in the MSLTA Maharashtra State Ranking tennis tournament at the Vazirani National Sports Academy, Nerul in Navi Mumbai.

Nine-year-old Reddy, the top seed in both the girls under-12 and under-10 categories, crushed Bharati Bylapudi 9-1 in the under-12 title round, and demolished Nandini Das 9-0 in the under-10 final.

Anamitra Chakravarthy, also a Practennis prodigie like Reddy, claimed the boys' under-10 title with an impressive 6-1, 6-3 win over Karan Mehta.

Arjun Ghade of Pune won the under-12 crown overwhelming Parth Shah 6-1, 6-0.
