47 SDMs, 2 DCs among 117 reshuffled in Punjab

Chandigarh, Oct 6 (UNI) In a major reshuffle, the Punjab governmenmt late tonight reshuffled 113 officers, inluding 17 IAS and the rest PCS, with immediate effect.

Besides changing the deputy commissioners (DCs) of Moga and Ferozepur, the state administration reshuffled 47 SDMs and eight ADCs.

Deputy Commissioner Dr Arvinder Singh has been shifted from Ferozepur to Moga, vice Mr V K Meena, while Mr Bhagwant Singh has been appointed as the new Ferozepur DC.
