Sindhis' citizenship issues

Bhopal, Oct 5 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today said the Centre has been urged to authorise district collectors to solve citizenship-linked issues vis-a-vis Sindhis displaced from Sindh.

''I have discussed the matter with Union Home Minister Shivraj V Patil,'' he said at the inauguration of a privately-managed educational institution's building.

Mr Chouhan assured that the land deeds of Sindhis, settled in Madhya Pradesh, would be renewed.
