Uttam Galva Steels hikes prices across categories

New Delhi, Oct 3 (UNI) Uttam Galva Steels Ltd, the country's leading galvanised steel manufacturer, today announced it has increased its prices across all product categories.

The price hike will be Rs 1,000 across categories for quarterly contracts and Rs 2,000 across categories in the domestic spot market.

''The increase is due to market forces,'' a company statement said.

The prices of galvanised steel, cold rolled steel as well as steel by-products, have been hiked by the company with immediate effect.
