Two BJP leaders file suit over intra-party elections

Rajkot, Oct 3 (UNI) Two dissident Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) members today filed a suit in the Civil Judge Court here, challenging the constitutional validity of constituted booth committe and ward committee elections of the BJP here.

Prabhatbhai Dangar and Jagdishbhai Gohel, BJP members today filed suit in the court of Civil Judge P M Davda that the elections were not conducted as per constituional norms by the Election observers of the party for the Booth Committee and Ward Committee (organisational elections).

They demanded that the elections be considered as cancelled.

The suit has been filed againsed State BJP Chief Vajuabhai Vala, and other BJP leaders.
