Turkish Airlines says nobody hurt on hijacked plane

ANKARA, Oct 3 (Reuters) The chairman of Turkish Airlines today confirmed the hijacking of a plane that had been travelling to Istanbul from the Albanian capital Tirana and said none of the passengers had been hurt.

''The passengers and crew are under no threat,'' Candan Karlitekin told NTV television.
