Tribal feud in MP village

Harda, MP, Oct 3 (UNI) A tribal woman of this district's Dend village has accused few women of her community of assaulting her, police said.

The victim said that Shakun, Beena Gond and four other women dragged her out of her home on September 29, assaulted her, garlanded her with footwear and attempted to strip her. A case was registered against six tribals, including a minor.

The other side also accused the woman of calling the minor to her place on the fateful day. The minor was allegedly harassed by a youth named Madan Deshwali. A police team, led by senior officers, was sent to the village today.
