New network package for Mizoram industries

Aizawl, Oct 3 (UNI) With the aim to link all small enterprises in the state, National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) under the Centre has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Mizoram Chamber of Industries and Commerce here.

The project aims at not only linking small enterprises but also the NSIC would offer a package of assistance for the benefit of entrepreneurs in the region.

According to the MoU, the package of assistance to these small industries included single point registration.

Apart from this, infomediary services got continously updated with the latest specific information on businees leads, tenders, technology and policy issues.

The NSIC would also impart sector specific training for the entrepreneurs of the state for development of manpower, performance and credit system.

The NSIC would also help performance and credit system -- credit rating of international agencies subsidised for small enterprises up to 75 per cent to get better credit terms from Banks and export order from foreign buyers.

Besides this NSIC would provide raw material on convenient and flexible terms meeting credit need of these industries.

For these industries, the NSIC would also participate in regional, national and also international exhibition and offers sales for the entrepreneurs in the region in the most subsidised rates.
