Mumbai, Oct 3 (UNI) Utility vehicle and tractor major Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd (M&M) today said its vehicle sales have picked up by 15 per cent on year-on-year (Y-O-Y) basis to 15,976 units from 13,839 units a year ago.

Domestic auto sales, including utility vehicles, light commercial vehicles and three-wheelers, rose 12 per cent and exports climbed 96 per cent to 1,055 units from 539 units, a company release said .

The company sold 9,729 units of tractors in September, up by 37 per cent from 7,099 units a year earlier, the release added.
