Japan's Aso North Korea test plan ''unforgivable''

TOKYO, Oct 3 (Reuters) Japanese Foreign Minister Taro Aso said that North Korea's nuclear test plan was ''totally unforgivable,'' Kyodo news agency said today.

He added that the possibility could not be ruled out and that if such a test did take place, Tokyo would react ''harshly'' in concert with the international community.
