India sends first ambassador to Slovenia
New Delhi, Oct 3 (UNI) India today appointed senior foreign service officer Dr V S Seshadri as the country's first ambassador to Slovenia.
Dr Seshadri, who belongs to the 1978 batch of IFS, is presently Minister at the Indian Embassy in Washington.
He is expected to join his new office shortly, the Ministry of External Affairs today said.
