Three women naxals surrender in AP

Khammam, Oct 2 (UNI) Three CPI(Maoist) women naxals surrendered before District Superintendent of Police (SP) Meena at the police headquarters today.

Speaking to reporters here, Mr Meena said the three were Madhavi, Savithri and Rani. Five cases had been registered against each Maoist in police stations in the district.

The SP handed over Rs 5000 assistance each to the women. The government would announce a special rehailitiation package for them.
